Child Safety Standards
Diez is an adult dating service intended for people aged 18 and older. We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form, including sexual content involving minors, grooming, or any attempt to use our service to contact or exploit minors. This page sets out our safety standards, how to report concerns, and how we respond.
1. Our Standards
We prohibit and do not tolerate any of the following on our service:
- Any sexual content, imagery, or conversations involving anyone under the age of 18.
- Profiles, photos, or messages that depict, describe, or solicit sexual activity with minors.
- Grooming, sextortion, or any attempt to move a minor to another platform for sexual purposes.
- Accounts or profiles belonging to anyone under the age of 18.
Accounts are created with an age requirement of 18 or older, and we take reasonable steps to verify that members are adults. Content or behavior that violates these standards is removed, and the responsible accounts are terminated and reported to the appropriate authorities.
2. How to Report
If you encounter content, a profile, or a conversation that you believe involves a minor or child sexual abuse or exploitation, please report it to us immediately:
- In the app: use the Report function on any profile or conversation to flag it for our moderation team.
- By email: contact us at safety@diezapp.com. Include the member's profile name, a description of what you saw, and any screenshots or details that can help us act quickly.
You can also report directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or to your local law enforcement, who work with online services to investigate CSAE.
3. How We Respond
- Immediate action: reports of suspected CSAE are prioritized and reviewed by our moderation team as quickly as possible.
- Removal: confirmed CSAE content is removed from the service, and the associated account is permanently terminated.
- Reporting to authorities: where we have a good-faith basis to believe CSAE has occurred, we report it to NCMEC and/or the appropriate law enforcement authorities, and we cooperate with their investigations, including preserving relevant evidence.
- Blocking and prevention: terminated accounts are blocked from returning to the service, and we review our safeguards to prevent similar abuse.
